I had originally intended for this blog to only showcase images I created with my crappy camera phone and free Flickr editing software. But I'm already bored with that. So now, anything goes!

Most of what I'm currently posting is from my archives, and some photos may have appeared on my old photoblog, several years back. Hopefully I will get to work and start posting some newer stuff soon though.

A word on my photography in general: my images are works of fiction. I am in no way a photographic purist, who believes that editing software is of the devil. I edit everything to a certain extent. While I never actually alter the content of my photos, I do have a great, great love for bold, bright colors, interesting patterns, textures and blurs, and copious amounts of negative space, and I will mess around with the hue/saturation, exposure/contrast and noise levels to play up those features in my work.

I'm not going for the stuff of journalism here, but the stuff of fairy tales and horror movies and minimalist modern art.
